Currently, Affix alleviates declining pollinator populations and the lack of green spaces in urban areas by creating attachable modular planters.

Looking forward, Affix hopes to support education and the adoption of native pollinator plant gardens

Affix is continuing with the prototype process, experimenting with CAD and potentially developing alternate planter models. In addition, Affix was able to get a Memorandum of Understanding from the Architectural Review Committee. Affix looks forward to continue plant research and prototyping in the next couple of weeks!

Rotary funding will aid us in the manufacturing process of the planters. With new models being created currently, we aim to further our materials research to begin manufacturing our planters in the near future
